Judge personal information:
I grew up on a diversified livestock operation in the Flint Hills of Kansas that was composed of a club lamb & breeding sheep operation and a cow/calf operation. To go along with the production aspect of livestock I was also able to show sheep at all levels and also show pigs and cattle on a more local level.  Also during that time I was very lucky to be part of  very competitive 4-H and FFA livestock judging programs that prepared me to partake in judging collegiately.  With that experience and the benefit of great coaching at all levels I was able to be part of a National Champion Team at Kansas State University while also gaining a good share of individual awards.  After finishing my degree at KSU I was able to take my love of judging and turn it into a career.  I was the judging coach at Hutchinson Community College for 12 years.  But without the opportunities and guidance given to me I would not have been able to have such success.  That is why I love working with youth at all levels to help them improve their knowledge of the livestock industry.  And with that said I am not only willing to judge shows of most kinds but also I am willing to partake in judging camps and any other youth & livestock related activity.

Annaliess Kielman - We couldn't have had a better judge here at the Armada Fair in Michigan this year. He was very knowledgable and very willing to share his opinions and reasoning behind all his decisions. Mr. Disberger judged all the species' classes and was around to answer any further questions the exhibitors might not have been able to ask in the ring; he also gave plenty of pointers and tips for people to use in showmanship.
